END OF YEAR AWARD

In order to earn the perfect attendance award at the end of the year, the student can have only one early release or tardy for the year. The student can not have any absences. If a student goes to the doctor or dentist and still attends school part of the day, it is not considered a tardy or early release as long as a medical note from the doctor or dentist has been given to the front office.

SIX WEEKS AWARD

Students will also earn a perfect attendance tag each six weeks if they are at school from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. Students will be allowed one tardy or early release per six weeks.  If a student goes to the doctor or dentist and still attends school part of the day, it is not considered a tardy or early release as long as a medical note from the doctor or dentist has been given to the front office.  If a student leaves during the middle of the day for a personal reason and returns to campus, it will be viewed the same as a tardy or early release.
